    A critical public-sector platform needed modernization without losing delivery momentum or stakeholder confidence.

    Contribution

    Led major upgrade work from legacy Java 8 and Karaf-era technology toward Java 21 and Spring Boot, while also driving reporting features and technical communication.

    Challenge

    Internal systems needed to support evolving business processes, clearer permissions, and more maintainable workflows for hundreds of employees.

    Contribution

    Redesigned core internal applications, including a new permissions system for roughly 500 employees and the redevelopment of resource ordering workflows.
